Therapies at Align help you look better, feel better, move better and perform better through uniquely created treatments drawn from a wide variety of modalities of massage, fascial stretching, joint articulation, mobilising and oscillating techniques. Blood and lymph can flow more freely, improving, well, everything.

All treatments have a foundation in their origins (Acupressure, Reflexology etc) and have been carefully curated through years of research and experience to provide unique versions of these modalities.

Musculoskeletal issues improve because restrictions are released in the muscles, ligaments, tendons, even organs and nervous system.
